The Step Down RN will join a well-established critical access hospital and will oversee exceptional department leaders and staff.

Both inpatient and outpatient services are offered, ranging from emergency to radiology to respiratory care and also rural health clinics.
With the mission of ensuring patients receive optimal care, every employee puts patient safety and health first.
Reporting to the Unit Director, the Step Down RN will work alongside a team of specialized nurses, technicians, and ancillary staff to develop and execute customized patient care treatment plans that are tailored to the needs of each individual throughout their stay.
There will also be multiple Charge Nurses and Supervisor RNs who are able to provide assistance with any issues that arise.
This Step Down RN will attain competency and knowledge that reflects current nursing practice guidelines, rules, and regulations.
Working alongside a team of experienced and engaged nurses, the Step Down RN will be sure to gain lots of knowledge and support while providing optimal patient care.
